UP Board results 2016: UP Board of Secondary Education will declare the results of High School (class 10) and Intermediate examinations (class 12) on May 15. The results will be declared at the UP Board headquarters, Allahabad by the secretary Amarnath Verma at 12:30 pm.
A total of 68,21,869 students, including 37,49,977 of high school and 30,71,892 of Intermediate, will take the exam today. This includes 126 high school and 153 intermediate candidates who are lodged in different jails of the state.
The UP class 10 and class 12 exams were conducted from February 18. While class 10 exam ended on March 9, class 12 exam was concluded on March 21.
While the Board took strict measures to curb malpractice this year, several cases of mass cheating was reported from the state. In fact, over 70 students and teachers were booked for cheating during Class 10 and 12 board exams in Mathura in western Uttar Pradesh. For more news on education
